What can you expect from the counselling?

Understanding. Listening. Without judgement. Strictly confidential.

You can expect a safe, accepting professional space and emotional support that help you see your situation more clearly and objectively. Together, we explore the background of the problem, identify available resources and find the approach that works best for you – one that I support you in implementing throughout the process.

In addition to talk-based work, I use Ericksonian Hypnosis, KIP (Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy), Regression analysis, Dissociation techniques and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). As a result, a change in the unconscious is going to be integrated into your everyday behavior.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions – my support is always tailored to the individual.

I am deeply grateful to my mentors and supervisors, Prof. Dr. Emőke Bagdy and Dr. Éva Szamosi. The professional guidance I receive from them not only strengthens my methods, but also supports me in accompanying my clients in a personalised and effective way towards a more harmonious, calmer life.

I offer psychological consultations in English and Hungarian. Consultations are available both in person and online.
